We did not find them as intuitive or easy to implement as Join.Me or Screenleap. Lync and TeamViewer are both more geared toward larger organizations. Lync and TeamViewer are more robust programs with executive-grade features. Join.Me and Screenleap are quick, intuitive tools with limited but quite useful features and similar price points. We asked for recommendations from our colleagues via MLA’s Hospital Libraries Section listserv, and they suggested Screenleap, Lync, and TeamViewer.
